    Methi Crackers is a light, crispy and delicious snacks. These oat crackers are gluten-free and flavored with dried fenugreek leaves and spices. These pair well will a hot cup of tea or coffee. This recipe is inspired by traditional Indian snack ‘Methi Mathri’. The traditional recipe uses all purpose flour and mathri is deep fried.
