Pav bhaji is a very popular Indian street food. Its nothing but a mash of veggies spiced with pav bhaaji masala, butter, garnished with tons of onions, cilantro & served with roasted buttery dinner rolls. The main two ingredients which make pav bhaji delicious are potatoes & butter but both these ingredients are high in carbs & saturated fats.
