I love colours on my plate. If you have noticed mostly the colour of the garnishing on savoury items is always green in colour. I generally garnish my food with a generous amount of cilantro, basil or parsley. I was clearing my fridge and coincidently had only a few greens left on the rack which led me to come up with this green pulav recipe. I have more or less used the same recipe as the traditional vegetable pulav but added green veggies too. So without further ado let’s cook this one pot meal.
