Beat the heat with these 3 ingredient watermelon 🍉 Beat the heat with these 3 ingredient watermelon 🍉 strawberry 🍓 popsicles. My girls love these and they make a great treat & remedy to soothe sore gums of my teething baby. This recipe is forgiving so feel free to add sweetener of your choice . This recipe makes around 6 popsicles!! Recipe: Add 2 cups watermelon, 2 cups strawberries, 1 tsp lime zest, and 1 tbsp lime juice to a blender.  Puree until completely smooth .Taste and adjust the flavor, add more lime or a touch of sweetener, as desired. I didn’t add any sweetener !! Pour the pureed fruit into popsicle molds cover with a lid and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze popsicles 3-4 hours, or until very solid. Remove the lid and run each well of the popsicle mold under cold water for a few seconds. Gently wiggle the popsicle stick side to side to help loosen the popsicle from the mold. #fruitpopsicle#homemadepopsicles#teethingbaby#blwbaby#healthypopsicles

Survived my first solo parenting day as a mom of t Survived my first solo parenting day as a mom of two - here are meals that me & my girls ate on that day !! Meal prepping came in clutch …. After my parents left for India early December , I have been solo parenting the girls 8 hours a day . I have nanny coming in for 4 hours so that I get a break . Last week I was officially on my own without nanny and my husband✌️ 🧿 almost felt like this is my new flex 💪🏻 Was it easy , hell no getting ready and out of door takes forever . Unexpected things come up, but surprisingly it wasn’t as daunting as I had imagined . What helped me most was setting low realistic expectations, focusing on connection over perfection, and embracing “survival mode” with grace ✌️ To all the new mums of 2 out there I see you ❤️ Hope you are holding up well ?!! #newmomoftwo#soloparenting#mealprepping#whatieatinaday#blwmenu
