This helps to soften the dates . Grind the dates into a paste . In a bowl add 1 cup almond flour 1 cup dedicated coconut , 1/2 tsp cardamom powder & 1 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder . To this mixture add the dates paste . Combine the mixture to form a dough. Add 1 tbsp toasted poppy seeds Combine well Using a mold shape the modaks . If you don’t have mold just roll these into bite size balls Your sugar free, guilt free , modaks are ready !!
