Currently I am enjoying my breakfast smoothie phase. This is the easiest, delicious and the most healthiest on the go breakfast option.

This blueberry banana smoothie tastes divine!!😋 The consistency of the smoothie is thick because of the banana and that purple colour from blueberries is what your eyes need on a grey day.

It’s been over a week that I am having this smoothie for my breakfast. I generally add coconut milk to the smoothie, but feel free to use your variety here: almond milk, whole milk, skimmed milk. As I do not like frozen fruits, I make my smoothie using fresh fruits.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

For Smoothie:

  • 1/4 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Honey (Optional)
  • 3-4 cashews (Optional)

Directions:

  • 1)

    Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour it on a glass garnish with chia seeds and enjoy 😋
