Smoothie bowl is my quickest and favourite breakfast option post a crazy workout session. I am too lazy to sit down and relish the lush fruits hence gulping that smoothie glass or bowl makes an amazing breakfast for lazy souls like moi🙈. 

Generally smoothies are made using frozen fruits. I prefer using fresh fruits as I catch cold  quite easily which triggers my sinus issue. If you love and have frozen fruits handy you can simply add them to your smoothie.

Another reason why I love smoothie breakfast is because it looks so beautiful and tastes like dessert. I feel smoothies are the healthiest way to satiate those sweet cravings and keeps me going until lunch time. 

Here’s how I made this easy peasy creamy plant based smoothie bowl!!

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

      Ingredients

      You will need

      • 1 Banana
      • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
      • 1/4 Cup Coconut milk
      • Pinch Vanilla Powder

      Toppings

      • Sliced banana
      • Strawberries
      • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

      Directions

      • 1)

        Place all the ingredients except toppings into the blender.

      • 2)

        Blend to form a smooth creamy textured smoothie.

      • 3)

        Pour the smoothie in a bowl and garnish it with sliced fruits and chia seeds.
